  • Corrected problem where a file size of 5 GB or greater was not reported correctly.
  • Added SOCKS outbound proxy support (available in Copy/Move Action dialog).
  • Corrected two memory leaks (folder monitor health check, and when offloading files).
  • Corrected problem where offload event using SFTP protocol sometimes fails.
  • Corrected a Web Transfer Client (WTC) problem caused by an apostrophe within the file name.
  • Corrected a filtering problem in the WTC.

January 3, 2008:  DMZ Gateway Server 1.3.1 Maintenance Release

  • Fixed a problem that caused an event rule download action (using wildcards) to fail to use the DMZ Gateway as a proxy server.
  • Fixed a problem that caused an event rule copy/move action to fail to use DMZ Gateway Server as an outbound proxy server.
  • Fixed a problem that caused loss of the Client IP settings upon a restart under certain conditions.

Limitations on Technical Support

Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects and installation and configuration assistance. Technical support is offered for current versions of GlobalSCAPE software only.  Technical support for older versions is available through our online self-help resources.

While we are happy to support your usage of our products and will help in overcoming any difficulties you may encounter, Technical Support does not include advanced issues such as problems with COM development, HTML development, custom macro scripts, development of Web sites, or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. For help in those areas Professional Services are available.
